What MODU Gripper Conveyor can do?

1. Product Elevation Picks up items from an infeed conveyor, carries them (90º vertical) up or down to a higher or lower elevation, and delivers them to a discharge conveyor. Drives are always placed at the discharge end. This type of conveyor can be used for buffering, filling, blowing, palletizing, packing and etc. |

Gripper upender design changes the product orientation by 90º. It picks up items from an infeed conveyor, carries product up or down to a higher or lower elevation, and delivers them to a discharge conveyor. Drive units are placed at the discharge end |

A simple depucking system could be achieve by fixing a short gripper conveyor above plain chain conveyor. Filled bottles are remove from it puck when entering gripper conveyor and transfer to another conveyor for capping process while the puck is return back to the starting to be filled with fresh empty bottles. |

Picks up product from a horizontal infeed conveyor, inverts them 180º, passes them over an air rinsing or air rinsing/ionizing section (or other type of customer specified process equipment), inverts them 180º back to their original orientation, and delivers them onto a horizontal discharge conveyor. |
